Ms Paint
 Paint is a Feature in windows 7 that you can use to create drawings on a blank drawing area or editing in existing pictures. the scanned images can also be seen or  edited. the many of the tools you use in paint are found in the ribbon, which is near the top of the paint windows.

Open Ms Paint:

Step First: 

Start Button - All Programs - Accessories - Paint.

Seconds Step: 

win key + R -  run diolog box - type " mspaint" ok.
